Get out and do something unexpected for someone else. Does your husband have a favorite meal? Would your sister appreciate you picking up the kids for a few hours? Is there someone on your mind that you could simply drop them a note to let them know you were thinking of them? Have a friend who’s been struggling lately that you could drop in with her favorite vanilla latte with extra foam?

Doing things for others can boost your spirits and show them how much you care about them. Put your thoughts into action and instead of having less time for all of the other things on your list, somehow it all works out and you’ll get time – and a healthy jolt to your spirit, back in return.
