Try using bagels,rolls,pita pockets,english muffins or multigrain bread instead of white bread for the sandwich. Chicken,tuna and egg salads are a great source of protein. Light on Mayo. Make sure luncheon meats are 95 percent fat free. Add raisins or granola to your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Throw in veggies whenever you can.
Milk or water or recommended. Fruit juices that are 100 percent juice is ok.
Instead of sweets, use dried fruit,granola bars, nuts, rice cakes or yogurt.
